RJU Publishes BE Civil Third and Fifth Semester Results 2083

Rajarshi Janak University (RJU), Central Examination Administration and Records Centre, Janakpurdham, has published the examination results for the Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) program conducted under the semester system.

The Centre published the results on Kartik 14, 2083 BS (2083/07/14), following a decision of the Central Examination Administration and Records Council.

According to the notice, the results have been published for the following examinations:

• BE Civil Third Semester: 2025 Batch (Regular) and 2023 Batch (Partial)

• BE Civil Fifth Semester: 2023 Batch (Regular)

2. Retotaling Application Process

Candidates who are dissatisfied with their examination results and wish to apply for retotaling must submit an application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the results.

Retotaling Fee: Rs. 500 per subject.

Application Procedure

Candidates must deposit the required retotaling fee into the designated bank account and submit the original bank deposit voucher to their respective campuses.

The concerned campus must then submit the retotaling application through the examination's online system and forward the required documents, including the original bank voucher, to the Centre.

3. Important Information for Campuses

The concerned campuses must download the examination result ledger through the online system within 35 (thirty-five) days.

4. Correction of Errors in Examination Results

According to the notice issued by Examination Controller Prof. Dr. Shyam Kishor Mahato, efforts have been made to publish error-free examination results.

However, if any errors are identified for any reason, they will be corrected based on the records maintained by the Centre.
