IT Scholarship Notice for Students 2082
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Department of Information Technology, Gairigaun, Tinkune, Kathmandu, Scholarship Notice for Students Studying Information Technology.
According to the "Scholarship Procedure for Students Studying Information Technology, 2081," a scholarship program has been announced for students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil, or PhD levels in information technology. The scholarship applies to students studying in domestic universities or their constituent or affiliated institutions.
Each selected student will be awarded a lump sum of NPR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupees) under the prescribed quota.
Interested students must apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e., by Jestha 12, 2082, during office hours.
Applications must be submitted in the format of Schedule 1 of the "Scholarship Procedure for Students Studying Information Technology, 2081," along with the required documents, either:

In person at the Department of Information Technology, or

Applications submitted after the deadline or without proper documentation will not be processed.
Documents to Be Submitted with the Application (as per Sections 8 and 9 of the Procedure):

Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate (certified)

Academic certificates and transcripts (certified copies)

Recommendation from the local level confirming study at a government or community school, if SEE/SLC was completed from such school

Recommendation from the local level in case of economic hardship

Recommendation from the current academic institution confirming ongoing study and no receipt of any other scholarship
