MAN Nominations for Manager of the Year Award 2023 and Woman Manager Recognition Award 2023

Management Association of Nepal (MAN) invites nominations from deserving candidates for the following accolades.

Manager of the Year Award (MYA) 2023
Woman Manager Recognition Award (WMRA) 2023

Nominations would be subject to the following conditions as stipulated in MAN Awards Guidelines.

1. Individuals serving as Chief Executive Officer or Institutional Head in an organization, and meeting the following criteria, will be eligible to file their nomination for Manager of the Year Award.

Career Length: With tenure of a minimum of two financial years in the current position.

Agency: Working in or associated with an organization (for-profit or not-for-profit) legally registered with appropriate authorities of Nepal Government.

Scope: Should have made significant contributions to organizational performance and created substantive leadership impact.

2. Individual females serving as Department Heads and above or as Proprietors in an organization, and meeting the following criteria, will be eligible to file their nomination for the Woman Manager Recognition Award.

Career Length: With tenure of a minimum two financial years in the current

Agency: Working in or associated with an organization (for profit or not-for-profit) legally registered with appropriate authorities of Nepal Government

Scope:

Should have made significant contributions in organizational and managerial performance and influenced other women professionals in Duly filled in Nomination Form along with required documents should be submitted on or before January 20, 2024 in a sealed envelope or through email. Nomination Form and other documents are available upon request by email. Alternatively, hard copies may be obtained from MAN office from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
