Sanima Bank Call Application for Scholarship 2080 to Class 11 Students
Sanima Bank, for the past decade, has been extending its reach beyond the Kathmandu Valley to support local students' academic pursuits. Each year, two deserving students from each branch outside Kathmandu receive a scholarship that covers not only tuition fees but also includes a monthly cash stipend of Rs. 2,000. This initiative is particularly aimed at aiding students from underprivileged backgrounds.
In the continuation of this initiative, Sanima Bank invites applications for the scholarship program for students who have cleared their Secondary Education Examination (SEE) in 2079.
The Scholarship Structure
The scholarship, amounting to Rs. 50,000 per student per year, will include a cash stipend of Rs. 2,000 each month for monthly expenses.
Scholarship Eligibility
To apply, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Be a permanent resident of the location where the relevant bank branch is located
- Come from a financially disadvantaged family
- Have studied consistently in a government/community school within the same area for the past three years and passed SEE in their first attempt
- Choose to pursue subjects available at secondary education institutions within the same area
- Be a full-time student
- Have not received any other scholarship currently
Selection Procedure
Sanima Bank's selection committee, which includes local people, will recommend the most needy and disadvantaged candidates. The committee may conduct interviews with the applicant or their family members.
Application Process
The application form is available for free at the branch office of Sanima Bank. Along with the application, the following documents must be attached:
- One passport-sized photograph
- SEE mark sheet and Character Certificate
- Proof of three years of continuous study at a government/community school within the bank branch's location
- Copy of father's or mother's citizenship
