Sinam Secondary School, Taplejung (सिनाम माध्यमिक विद्यालय, ताप्लेजुङ) was established in 2007 BS (1951 AD) as a community-based educational institution, which is situated in Sirijangha Rural Municipality -1, Sinam, Taplejung, Koshi Province, Nepal.

It is affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB) and CTEVT. The Ministry of Education approves it. It offers educational programs from ECD to grade 10, 11, and 12 in the Education, Management, Humanities, Law, and Management streams. 

Sinam School also offered CTEVT-affiliated 3-year Diploma in Agriculture (Plant Science) and 18-month Pre-Diploma in Agriculture (Plant Science).
