Two best students (1 Civil, 1 Agriculture) from each of the 8 wards of Sirijangha Rural Municipality will receive full tuition waiver in diploma programs.

Two best students (1 Civil, 1 Agriculture) from each of the 8 local levels outside Sirijangha within Taplejung district will also receive full tuition waiver in diploma programs.

All pre-diploma technical programs and Class 11–12 are fully free of cost.

The full-paying quota fee is only NPR 12,500 per semester.

Hostel facilities are available for residential management.
