Terse Secondary School, Sindhupalchok (तेर्से माध्यमिक विद्यालय, सिन्धुपाल्चोक) was established in 1990 AD (2047 BS) as a community based educational institution, located in Melamchi Municipality-6, Talamarang, Sindhupalchok, Bagmati Province, Nepal. It is affiliated to the National Examinations Board (NEB) and approved by the Ministry of Education. It offers educational programs from ECD to grade 10 and Plus Two (Class 11 and 12) programs.

Terse Secondary School, Sindhupalchok provides Secondary School level education with moderate fee structures and also provides a scholarship scheme for deserving students.
