Tilingatar Secondary School was informally formed as Panchakanya Primary School in 2019 BS (1962 AD). It is located in Dhapasi, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is affiliated to the National Examinations Board (NEB), CTEVT, and approved by the Ministry of Education. It offers a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Junior Computer Technician, and Pre-Diploma in Computer Engineering (Computer Sub-Overseer), and Plus Two (+2) in Education, Management, Science streams.

Tilingatar Secondary School (TSS) provides middle-level education with moderate fee structures and also provides a scholarship scheme.

Aims of School:

• It aims to meet the demand of the SLC graduates of Dhapasi and surrounding VDC schools.
• It aims to facilitate higher educational opportunities to the SLC graduates by providing nominal
• charges who usually lack higher education due to the unaffordable expenses in the private institutions.
• It aims to provide a proven standard of education in the school even though it is a government school.
