Aakash Capital Limited Vacancy for CEO:

Aakash Capital Ltd. is an independent merchant banker licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) that renders investment banking and investment management services. The company is seeking a diligent, dedicated, proficient, and self-motivated individual for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Job Responsibilities

Take a lead in the management of Portfolio Management Service (PMS), Custodial Services 8, Book Building Processes among others;
Enforce adherence to regulatory provisions, local laws, 8, other legal compliances relating to Capital Merchant Banking in Nepal;
Develop a sound customer base for all the segments of the Capital/ Merchant Banking business;
Develop strategic plans, institutional capacity and oversee its smooth implementation ensuring their alignment with short-term 8, long-term objectives;
Ensure that new products/services are thoroughly screened before granting approval to ensure market stability;
Maintain professional network with financial regulatory authorities to keep up with the developments in the capital market;
Make high-quality investment decisions to advance business and generate returns;
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions 8, improvements;
Build a sustainable relationship with key partners, employees, clients, and stakeholders;
Report to the Board of Directors (BOD) and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Master's Degree in Finance or related fields;
Professional experience in the fields of Finance, Banking, and Capital Markets;
Proficiency in stock analysis: technical, fundamental, and behavioral;
Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills;
Good professional judgment with quick decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in MS application suite.
