Minimum Qualifications

Deputy Manager: Must have passed the Chartered Accountancy course from a recognized institution and have at least 5 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions.

Assistant Manager: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any subject and have 8 years of work experience in microfinance institutions.

Assistant / Senior Assistant: Must have completed the proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution and possess 3 years of work experience in microfinance institutions.

Trainee Assistant: Must have completed the proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in microfinance institutions.
General Requirements
All applicants must have a good understanding of computer operations, including the use of the internet and email.
Age Limits:

For managerial level: 21 to 45 years

For officer level: 21 to 40 years

For assistant level: 18 to 35 years

Female candidates: An Additional 5 years of age relaxation

Candidates with academic certificates from foreign institutions must submit an equivalency certificate.
