For the purpose of recruiting employees on service contract in the services, groups, posts and levels as mentioned below to work at various health institutions under Madi Rural Municipality, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, as per the decision of this office dated 2082/08/07, inviting applications from eligible and interested Nepali citizens.

Required Documents:

One copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
One copy each of certificates of minimum academic qualification (ANM course passed from a recognized educational institution).
One copy of the registration certificate with the Nepal Nursing Council (Council).
Two copies of passport-size photograph.
One copy of experience certificate in the related field, if any.
Original receipt of application fee paid (to be deposited at the revenue branch of the rural municipality).
