Aurahi Municipality Announces Contract Vacancies for ANM, Agriculture Assistant and Office Helper

Aurahi Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Aurahi, Mahottari, Madhesh Province, Nepal, has invited applications for various positions on a contract basis through its Administration Section.

According to the notice published for the first time by the Chief Administrative Officer (Letter No. 2083/084, Dispatch No. 571), the municipality intends to recruit employees on a contract basis for the specified positions in accordance with its approved staffing structure and requirements, following the "Aurahi Municipality Procedure for Management of Technical Employees on Contract, 2079."

Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to submit applications in the prescribed format.

2. Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM): Candidates must have passed the certificate-level qualification in ANM from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the relevant professional council.

• Agriculture Assistant (Fifth Level): Candidates must have obtained the prescribed technical educational qualification in agriculture for the relevant position from a recognized educational institution.

• Office Helper: Candidates must possess basic reading and writing skills and be capable of performing office support duties.

3. Age Limit

Applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years by the application deadline.

Age relaxation shall apply to eligible categories in accordance with prevailing laws.

4. Application Fees and Submission Procedure

• ANM (Assistant Fourth Level): NPR 300 (Three Hundred Rupees Only)

• Agriculture Assistant (Assistant Fifth Level): NPR 400 (Four Hundred Rupees Only)

• Office Helper: NPR 300 (Three Hundred Rupees Only)

The application fee is non-refundable.

Applicants must deposit the prescribed application fee under the revenue heading designated by the municipality and attach the original payment receipt to their application.

5. Application Deadline, Submission Location and Selection Method

• Application Deadline: Within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, during office hours.

• Selection Method: Shortlisting and interview.

• Application Submission Location: Aurahi Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Aurahi, Mahottari.

6. Documents Required with the Application

Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.

2. Copies of educational qualification certificates and character certificate.

3. Copy of the registration certificate issued by the relevant professional council, where applicable.

4. Copies of experience and training certificates, if available.

5. Two copies of a recently taken passport-sized photograph.

6. Receipt confirming payment of the application fee.

7. Other Provisions

1. Only applications submitted in the prescribed manner and meeting the requirements will be accepted.

2. The date, time and venue for the examination will be announced through a subsequent notice.

3. Applications will be cancelled if applicants are found to have submitted false information.

4. The contract period, remuneration and service benefits shall be governed by the municipality's decisions and prevailing laws.

5. Matters not specified in this advertisement shall be governed by prevailing laws and the relevant procedures.
