Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AVYAN) is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct financial transactions as a “D” class institution. The organization invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the vacant posts listed below.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience

• Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management from a recognized educational institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a financial sector, with experience as Department Head / Department Assistant / Provincial, Monitoring, or Area Head.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with Microfinance Financial Officer Certification or equivalent, and branch/area/monitoring office head experience.

• Junior Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the financial sector.

  • Preference for candidates with branch head experience in microfinance institutions.

• Supervisor

  • Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.

• Senior Assistant

  • Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Management.

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector related to accounts and field operations.

• Assistant

  • Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector.

• Junior Assistant (Trainee)

  • SLC or equivalent.

  • Ability to ride a motorcycle/bicycle and willingness to work in rural and hilly areas.

Additional Information

• Age Limit:

  • For Assistant level: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years by the deadline.

  • For Officer level: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years by the deadline.

  • Female candidates will be granted an additional 5 years on the upper age limit.
