Chaubise Rural Municipality announces a vacancy to be filled under the Safe Migration (SaMI) Program. The program aims to promote safe foreign employment, facilitate justice for those facing problems abroad, provide psychosocial counseling for mental health, and conduct awareness activities.
Applications are invited from eligible and experienced Nepali citizens within 15 days from the date of publication during office hours. Applications must be submitted to the Administration Branch along with the required documents and revenue receipt.

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Skills

Completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution

Or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Nursing / Psychology / Sociology / Social Work from a recognized university

Or Bachelor’s degree in Health Education

Or Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling
Special priority will be given to candidates with:

Six-month psychosocial counseling training with certificate from National Health Training Center
-
Basic computer knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet, etc.) with report writing skills
For those working as Psychosocial Counselors under SaMI Program:

At least Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent
-
Completed six-month psychosocial counseling training from National Health Training Center with certification
-
Must be listed in the Training Information Management System of the Center
