The Office of Chaudandigadhi Municipality announces applications from eligible Nepali citizens for contract-based staff recruitment in the municipal office and its subordinate health institutions. Applications must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication, in the prescribed format.

2. Examination Details

• Date and Venue: To be notified after publication of the preliminary shortlist.

• Examination Type: Shortlisting, written examination, and interview.

3. Application Deadline

By office hours on 26 Bhadra 2082. If the day falls on a public holiday, applications will be accepted on the next working day during office hours.

4. Application Submission

• Revenue Fee Payment: Revenue Section, Chaudandigadhi Municipality Office

• Application Form Submission: Administration Section, Chaudandigadhi Municipality Office

5. Age Limit

• Public Health Officer (7th Level): Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years on the final application date.

• ANM and Vaidya (4th Level): Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 45 years on the final application date.

• Other Posts:

  • Female and Persons with Disabilities: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.

  • Male: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

6. Required Documents

Applicants must submit the prescribed contract staff application form (Schedule 3 of the Procedure for Managing Contract Technical Staff), along with:

• Three copies of passport-size photographs

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• Copy of experience certificates

• Copy of academic certificates

• Handwritten application clearly specifying the post applied for

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

7. Minimum Qualifications

• Public Health Officer (7th Level): Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized institution, registered and renewed with Nepal Health Professional Council.

• Nutrition Assistant: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized institution, with at least 3 months of basic computer training certificate.

• MIS Field Assistant (4th Level): SLC/SEE or equivalent certificate from a recognized institution.

• ANM (4th Level): ANM course completed from a recognized institution, registered with Nepal Nursing Council, and SBA training completed.

• Sub-Engineer (4th Level): SLC or equivalent with training in the relevant subject, or TSLC in the related subject from a recognized technical school.

• Vaidya (4th Level): SLC or equivalent, with completion of one-year Auxiliary Ayurveda Worker course and related certificate.

8. Terms of Service

• Work duration, salary, and other facilities will be as per the agreement.

• The office reserves the right to decide on renewal or non-renewal after the contract period ends.

• No claims or objections will be entertained regarding this provision.

9. Additional Note

• Priority will be given to candidates with work experience in all positions.
