2. Application Registration Period

For Municipal Police Inspector: Rs. 1000 (One Thousand)

For all other posts: Rs. 300 (Three Hundred) per advertisement
5. Age Limit

For Inspector, Heavy Vehicle Driver, and Light Vehicle Driver: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 55 years as of the last date of application (25 Bhadra 2082).

For all other posts: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years as of the last date of application.
6. Minimum Eligibility Criteria
(A) Municipal Police Inspector

Must have served in officer-level positions in the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, or Armed Police Force, or retired voluntarily/compulsorily, or retired with honorary officer-level post.

No conviction of moral turpitude.

Not a member of any political party.

Not a member of any terrorist organization.
-
Not dismissed from government service ineligible for re-employment.

Vision not weaker than -2 or +2.

Physical requirements:

Female: Minimum height 5 ft; weight minimum 42 kg.

Male: Minimum height 5 ft 2 in; chest 31 in (normal), 33 in (expanded); weight minimum 55 kg.

(B) Light Vehicle Driver for Municipal Police

Must have served in Nepal Army, Nepal Police, or Armed Police Force.

Must have served in Nepal Army, Nepal Police, or Armed Police Force with proven ability in playing band instruments, or possess certification for playing one or more instruments.

7. Required Documents to Submit with Application

9. Priority Considerations
For Inspector and Constable positions, preference will be given to applicants who:

Hold valid licenses for light and heavy vehicles.
-
Possess certification in playing band instruments.
-
Have training certificates in medical, disaster management, martial arts, intelligence, communication, or VIP security.
10. Salary and Benefits
-
Salary as per Nepal Government’s pay scale equivalent to Nepal Police for the respective levels. For drivers, salary as per Driver First Level.
-
Accommodation will be arranged in barracks; ration allowance will be provided equal to that of Nepal Police.
-
Other facilities will follow the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Police (Management) Procedure, 2079, with amendments, and as determined by the Executive.
11. Miscellaneous
-
Persons who previously worked in the Sub-Metropolitan Police Force and resigned, retired, or were removed from post are not eligible to apply.
