Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to operate under Class “D”, has been providing microfinance services through 158 branch offices in 73 districts.
Eligible, committed, and experienced Nepali citizens willing to work in rural areas are invited to apply for the following positions by submitting a duly filled application form, along with copies of academic certificates, work experience, and citizenship certificate (self-attested) by Ashadh 16, 2082 BS.

Minimum Academic Qualification

Candidates must have passed at least the S.E.E. or equivalent from a recognized institution or board.

Candidates with qualifications from foreign institutions must submit an equivalence certificate.

Preference will be given to candidates who have passed Grade 12 or equivalent.
Work Experience

At the time of application deadline, the candidate must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in microfinance operations within a microfinance institution.

Preference will be given to candidates with computer skills and a valid motorcycle driving license.

Shortlisting Criteria
