Dhading Hospital Seeks Doctors and Health Workers on Contract Service
Dhading. Dhading Hospital, under the Ministry of Health, Government of Bagmati Province, has invited applications to recruit doctors and health workers for various posts on contract service. The hospital published a notice for the first time on 2083/02/28, inviting applications from qualified Nepali citizens.
The hospital stated that staff will be appointed on contract in approved temporary positions until the Public Service Commission recommends candidates for permanent posts under the approved permanent positions of the Ministry of Health, until permanent employees are assigned/transferred and report to duty, or until another arrangement is made.
Interested candidates must submit their applications to the hospital administration within office hours within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, i.e., by the final date of Thursday, 2083/03/11. For the application, candidates must fill out the form as prescribed in Schedule 2 of the “Procedure Relating to Management of Doctors and Health Workers on Contract Service, 2078.”

Qualifications and Required Documents
Candidates must have completed 21 years of age for officer-level posts and 18 years of age for assistant-level posts. The notice states that candidates must have obtained a registration certificate, either permanent or temporary, from the concerned council and must not be disqualified under prevailing law.
Along with the application form, candidates must attach copies of their personal details, educational qualifications, Nepali citizenship certificate, experience certificate if they have gained experience, and certified copy of the council registration certificate.
Selection Process, Fee, and Other Details
The selection process will be conducted through a written examination or interview in accordance with the “Procedure Relating to Management of Doctors and Health Workers on Contract Service, 2078.” The examination center has been fixed at Dhading Hospital itself.
The application fee has been fixed at Rs. 2,000 for the ninth level, Rs. 1,600 for the eighth level, and Rs. 1,000 for the fifth level. The fee must be deposited in the Provincial Revenue Account at Rastriya Banijya Bank under Dhading Hospital Office Code No. 3700130013, Revenue Heading No. 14224 (Examination Fee), and Revenue Account No. 1000100200010000. The original voucher must be submitted.
The hospital has clarified that if permanent employees are recommended by the Provincial Public Service Commission or transferred employees report for duty, the contract agreement will automatically end. In such a case, staff will be removed from the lower order based on the merit order of the result.
The notice issued by the Acting Hospital Director states that detailed information, including job description, remuneration, service conditions, and the application form, will be available from the office.
