Dhanauji Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Dhanauji, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province, Nepal, Notice Regarding Recruitment of Staff on Service Contract.

For service delivery and development works, Dhanauji Rural Municipality requires staff recruitment on a contractual basis for the following positions. Therefore, eligible candidates are notified to submit applications within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Minimum Qualification and Documents

1. Qualification: As prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the respective positions.

2. Application Submission Location: Office of Dhanauji Rural Municipality, Dhanauji, Dhanusha or via email at [specified email address in notice].

3. Application Fee:

   • NPR 700 for Fourth Level

   • NPR 900 for Fifth Level

   • NPR 1100 for Seventh and Eighth Level
     Fees must be deposited in the revenue account no. 22301017500035 at Nabil Bank Ltd., Dhanauji Branch.

4. Salary: As per the prevailing scale of the Government of Nepal.

5. Documents Required (self-certified by the applicant):

   • Copy of Citizenship Certificate

   • Two copies of passport-sized photographs

   • Character Certificate

   • Minimum academic qualification certificate

6. Additional Provisions for Law Officer: Candidates who are alternative candidates of the Judicial Service (Law/Justice/Government Attorney Group) of the Public Service Commission and those holding an advocate’s license will be given recognition.

7. Candidates listed in the alternative list of the final results of practical examinations conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission or Provincial Public Service Commission will be considered valid.
