Dhangadhimai Municipality: Contract Service Hiring Notice

Dhangadhimai Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Dhangadhi, Siraha (Madhesh Province, Nepal) publishes this notice to inform all concerned that staff must be recruited on a service contract for Dhangadhi Natural Health Hospital operated by Dhangadhimai Municipality.

Therefore, eligible Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications are requested to submit an application to this office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, by 4:00 PM on 2082.09.09 (Wednesday), along with the required details as specified below.

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have obtained a Natural Physician (B.N.Y.S.) degree from a recognized educational institution.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be a Nepali citizen.

2. Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 45 years as of the final date for submitting the application.

3. Equivalency: Candidates who obtained their qualification by studying at an international educational institution must submit a copy of the equivalency certificate.

4. Application Method: Interested eligible candidates must submit an application (with the application form) along with the required documents to the Administration Section of this office. The application form will be available free of cost from the Administration Section of this office.

5. Documents to be Submitted with the Application Form: The candidate must complete the application form, paste a passport-size photograph in the specified place, and submit self-certified copies of the following documents:

   • Educational qualification certificates (from S.L.C. up to the minimum required qualification)

   • Certificate of registration with the relevant council (including renewal)

   • Equivalency certificate

   • Nepali citizenship certificate

   • Copies of higher educational qualifications and experience certificates as available

6. Application Fee: NPR 1,000 (one thousand only).

7. Type of Examination: Interview.

8. Service Facilities: As per rules.
