As it is necessary to fill the posts listed below on a contract service basis in various health institutions under the Office of the Municipal Executive, Lahan, Siraha, for the current Fiscal Year 2082/083 up to the end of Ashadh 2083, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
Interested eligible Nepali citizen candidates are requested to submit an application to this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with copies of the prescribed educational qualification certificates and the receipt of the paid revenue.

If educational qualification has been obtained from a country other than Nepal: Equivalency determination certificate issued by Tribhuvan University must also be submitted
Additional Information
Applications without the prescribed minimum educational qualification will not be processed. Also, if false details are stated and the application form is filled, the applicant concerned will be solely responsible for it.
The Office of the Municipal Executive, Lahan Municipality, Lahan, Siraha shall have full authority to accept or reject applications and to cancel the advertisement.
