Dharmadevi Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Mudeshanischare, Sankhuwasabha, Koshi Province, Nepal, as per the decision of the Recruitment Committee dated 2082-07-11 to re-call applications, invites eligible Nepali citizens to submit applications within the prescribed deadline for the following contract positions.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

Staff Nurse / PHN:

• Completed Staff Nurse course in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution, and

• Registered or renewed with the Nepal Nursing Council.

ANM:

• Completed ANM course in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution, and

• Registered or renewed with the Nepal Nursing Council.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit self-certified copies of:

• All academic qualification certificates.

• Nepali citizenship certificate.

• Documents showing relevant work experience, if any.

• Three passport-size photographs.

• Valid registration or renewal certificate from the concerned professional council.

All documents submitted must be certified by the applicant.
