Required Minimum Qualification

• PCL in General Medicine passed from a recognized educational institution.

• Registered/renewed with the Nepal Health Professional Council.

Documents to Be Submitted with Application

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application:

• Certified copy of the academic qualification certificate as per the minimum requirement.

• Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

• Certified copy of experience certificate (if applicable).

• Certified copy of registration/renewal certificate from the relevant council.

• Personal details (Bio Data).

• Original voucher of application fee of Rs. 700 (seven hundred) deposited at the Administration Section of Health Office Siraha.

Age Limit

• Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 45 years of age by the last date of application submission.
