Minimum Educational Qualifications

Public Health Officer: Bachelor’s degree (BPH) or equivalent in Public Health from a recognized university or institution, registered and renewed at Nepal Health Professional Council.

Psychosocial Counselor: Certificate level in Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized institution, or a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or B.Ed. in Health Education, or Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from a recognized university. Alternatively, completion of Proficiency Certificate Level or 10+2 and six months training in psychosocial counselling with work experience in the field of safe foreign employment.

Lab Assistant: Passed Medical Lab Assistant or equivalent subject from a recognized institution, registered and renewed at Nepal Health Professional Council.

AHW: Passed AHW course or equivalent from a recognized institution, registered and renewed at Nepal Health Professional Council.

ANM: Passed ANM course or equivalent from a recognized institution, registered and renewed at Nepal Nursing Council.

Selection Method: Written examination and interview.

Salary and Facilities: As determined by the Municipality.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. For women and persons with disabilities, not exceeding 40 years.

Required Documents: Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of academic qualification certificates, copy of experience certificate, personal details (CV), and three recent passport-size photographs must be submitted with the application. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
