Contract Service Staff Recruitment Notice

Province Government, Ministry of Health, Health Directorate, District Ayurveda Health Centre, Koshi Province, Diktel, Khotang.

In accordance with the approved annual programme for fiscal year 2082/083 of the District Ayurveda Health Centre, this office requires staff on contract service as mentioned in the schedule below.

Therefore, this notice has been published to inform all concerned that eligible and interested Nepali citizens should submit applications in the prescribed form at this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours.

1. Selection process: Written examination (multiple-choice objective questions) and interview.

2. Examination date, time and venue: Will be published on the office notice board on the last day for submitting applications.

   For Advertisement Nos. 1/082/083 and 2/082/083: Rs. 400 (four hundred only).
   For Advertisement Nos. 3/082/083 and 4/082/083: Rs. 300 (three hundred only).

6. Place for submitting applications: District Ayurveda Health Centre, Khotang.

7. Salary and facilities: As per the contract agreement, within the limits of the budget.

8. Age: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 45 years.

9. Duration of contract service: Up to the end of Ashadh 2083.

10. Minimum documents and details to be submitted with the application: The following documents certified by the applicant:

    a. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
    b. Copies of minimum educational qualification certificates and character certificates.
    c. Copy of the registration certificate with the relevant council and copy of the latest renewal of the registration certificate with the relevant council.
    d. Training and experience certificates (if any).
    e. Certificate confirming status as endangered, marginalized, highly marginalized or Dalit caste, if applicable.

11. Syllabus: Syllabus prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the relevant post/level.
