Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Recommends Alternate Candidate for Chief Assistant

The recruitment committee of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has recommended an alternate candidate for appointment to the post of Chief Assistant under Advertisement No. 33/081-82, Administration Service, Fifth Level.
The decision was taken after the main candidate did not take the appointment, and the first alternate candidate (Alternative Merit Rank No. 1) had already been appointed elsewhere. In this situation, the committee recommended the candidate listed as Alternative Merit Rank No. 2 for permanent appointment.
According to the notice, the main recommended candidate under Advertisement No. 33/081-82 (Backward Area) submitted an application stating that they would not take the appointment. In addition, under the same advertisement, the candidate listed as Alternative Merit Rank No. 1 has already received a permanent appointment through another EPF advertisement, Advertisement No. 28/081-82 (Open).
Therefore, the main candidate’s name was removed from the merit list, and in line with Rule 29 of the Employees Provident Fund Employee Service Conditions Rules, 2078, a decision was made to recommend the candidate listed as Alternative Merit Rank No. 2 for permanent appointment.
The recommended candidate must contact the office within 15 days from the date the notice is published.
The candidate removed from the merit list is Pawan Pandey (Kalikot), Roll No. 2413. The recommended alternate candidate is Gokarna Raj Sharma (Jumla), Roll No. 1917.
