Gokulganga Rural Municipality Service Contract Vacancy Notice 2082
Gokulganga Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Rasnalu, Ramechhap, Bagmati Province, Nepal.
This notice has been published to manage technical human resources on a service contract basis under the Employment Promotion Program (Safe Migration Program), operated in partnership with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and Local Government, as per the Technical Human Resource Management Procedure, 2080 (Revised).
Interested and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to apply through open competition within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice (if the last day falls on a public holiday, applications will be accepted on the next working day). Applications must be submitted within office hours using the prescribed application form of the Public Service Commission or the form as per the above procedure.
1. Advertisement No., Position, and Minimum Qualifications
01/082/83 – Psychosocial Counselor (One, Fifth Level)

Passed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution, or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Nursing / Psychology / Sociology / Social Work / Health Education from a recognized university.

Must have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling.

Six-month training in Psychosocial Counselling with certification from the National Health Training Centre, with work experience in the related field given priority.

Must not be disqualified by prevailing laws for applying to government service.

Basic computer knowledge with ability to answer questions in Word, Excel, PowerPoint in Nepali or English.

Ability to speak and prepare reports in both Nepali and English.

Local citizens will be given special priority.
02/082/83 – Returnee Volunteer (Two)

Minimum Class 8 pass.
-
At least one year of work experience abroad (Gulf countries or Malaysia).

Experience in safe foreign employment will be given priority.

Must not be disqualified by prevailing laws for applying to government service.

Knowledge of Nepali language or local language required.

Note: Applicant must be a citizen of the concerned local level.

3. Age Limit

5. Application Fee

Psychosocial Counselor (Fifth Level): NPR 900/- (Nine Hundred)

Returnee Volunteer: NPR 500/- (Five Hundred)

Fee must be deposited in cash at the Revenue Section of the municipality or in the Internal Revenue Account (G 1.1) No. 03615251966 at Siddhartha Bank, Gokulganga Branch, with the original voucher attached.
6. Selection Process

Psychosocial Counselor: Shortlisting, written exam, practical exam, and interview.

Returnee Volunteer: Shortlisting, written exam, and interview.
7. Examination Date

Will be determined and published at the time of shortlist announcement.
8. Service and Facilities

Basic salary scale and facilities as determined by the Government of Nepal for the current fiscal year.

Additional facilities will be determined by mutual understanding.
9. Contract Period

Until the end of Ashad 2083.

May be extended as per rules depending on service requirements.
