Himalaya Basic School Madi Announces Science Teacher Transfer Vacancy

Shree Himalaya Basic School, located in Lipeyani, Madi Rural Municipality-12, Kaski, has invited applications to fill a vacant teaching position through a teacher transfer.

According to the decision of the School Management Committee dated 2083/07/05 BS, applications have been invited for the position of Lower Secondary Level, Third Grade, Science teacher.

As stated in the notice first published on 2083/07/05 BS, permanent teachers serving at the same level and grade who wish to transfer to the school may submit their applications along with the prescribed documents.

Interested teachers must submit their applications within 15 days of the notice's publication date, i.e., by 2083/07/19 BS, within school hours.

The teacher transfer process will be carried out in accordance with the transfer provisions of the Education Regulations, 2059 BS (Tenth Amendment, 2083 BS).

2. Photocopy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.

3. Documents showing the applicant's length of service.

5. Certified copies of academic qualification and training certificates.

6. Consent letter from the concerned school.

7. Consent letter from the concerned local government.

8. Supporting evidence for claiming priority under the Education Regulations, 2059 BS (Tenth Amendment, 2083 BS), if applicable.

9. Form prescribed under Schedule 17 of the Education Regulations, 2059 BS.

Evaluation Process and Additional Information

The school has stated that applications received within the prescribed deadline will be evaluated in accordance with the Education Regulations, 2059 BS (Tenth Amendment, 2083 BS), and prevailing laws before proceeding with the necessary transfer procedures.

Incomplete applications and those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
