Certified documents showing appointment as Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, and full years of service at the University.

As specified in Regulation 6(3)(Gha): articles published in indexed national and international journals; graded books and teaching materials.

Documents evidencing leadership (PI, Co-PI, or Member) in research projects funded by international or national funds, experience in fund-raising, and experience in national/international collaboration.

Experience in curriculum development, examination evaluation, and monitoring.

Any additional evidence of contributions made in the academic field.

Commitment to implement a work plan for the advancement and upliftment of the concerned institute in line with the University’s plan.
