Minimum Educational Qualification
-
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized academic institution. Preference will be given to those with a major in finance, management, or Commerce.

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized academic institution. Preference will be given to those who hold a degree in Management or Commerce.

Candidates must have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent from a recognized academic institution. Preference will be given to those who studied in the Management or Commerce stream.
Selection Process

Applicants shortlisted for the selection list will be called for an interview.

Candidates selected from the interview will be included in the training program.
Training and Allowance
-
The training will be conducted over a period of 40 days.

Upon completion of the training period, the institution will conduct further evaluation.

During the training, a monthly allowance of NPR 3,000 will be provided for transportation and refreshment expenses.
Service Appointment
-
Based on hospital requirements, selected individuals may be appointed on a contract basis.
