1. Branch Manager Supervisor to Officer - Few

Location: Lekhnath Branch, Bikaschowk Branch, Mainabagar Branch, Daldale Branch, Baglung Branch, Upcoming Nakkhu Branch, Upcoming Jagati Branch, and other few Branches.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales / Deposit Management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk, and/ or Operations.

2. Relationship Manager - Assistant to Senior Assistant - Few

Location: Inside and Outside Valley Branches

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales and Deposits.

3. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants - Senior Assistant to Supervisor - Few

Department: Audit Department

A minimum of 50% score in Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics.
Completion of Articleship.
Prior experience of audits of banks is preferred.

4. Branding and Corporate Communication - up to Supervisor -1

Department: Branding and Corporate Communication

A minimum of 1 year of experience in BFIs in branding and corporate communication is preferred.

Candidates having experience in media management with good communication and interpersonal skills who are creative are encouraged to apply.

5. Contractual Staff - Few

Location: Inside and Outside Valley Branches

A minimum experience of 5 months or above as contract or outsourced staff in BFI's in Business function.

Education Qualification

Assistant to Officer: A minimum of 50% in Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Economics or related field.
Contractual Employment: A Minimum of 50% score in Intermediate in Management/ Economics or related field.

Age Criteria

Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level
Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level.
Age not exceeding 28 years for Contractual staff.
