KSCL Resumes Suspended Recruitment Process
Kathmandu: Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office Kathmandu, has resumed the suspended application process for recruitment to vacant posts in different categories. The company’s Recruitment Committee issued a second re-published notice on 2083/01/25, asking eligible candidates to submit applications.
The company had earlier published a notice on 2076/12/07, inviting applications for recruitment to vacant posts. However, due to the global spread of COVID-19 infection, the application submission process was suspended through a notice published on 2076/12/12.
Later, the application process was resumed through a notice published on 2077/06/20. Under that notice, candidates were allowed to submit applications by paying a double fee until 2077/07/24. However, after the Supreme Court issued an order to maintain the status quo on the recruitment process in response to a writ petition filed against the published advertisement, the collection of forms was suspended through a notice published on 2077/07/24.
According to the notice, the suspended recruitment process has now been resumed after the order of certiorari and mandamus issued by the Supreme Court in Writ No. 077-WO-0343 on 2082/01/21 was received on 2082/12/06.
Application Period
Eligible candidates must submit their applications at the company’s office from 2083/01/25 to 2083/01/31 by paying a double fee.
The notice states that all conditions related to candidates’ eligibility, including age limit, educational qualification, and experience, must have been fulfilled by the final application date of 2077/01/07 as mentioned in the previously published advertisement notice.
The company has stated that the examination syllabus will be as implemented on 2081/07/12 and 2081/08/10.
Cases Where Double Fee Will Not Apply
The notice states that the double fee will not apply in the case of writ petitioners, including permanent employees working in the company, who did not submit applications due to the age limit or whose applications were not approved because of the age limit.
