Minimum Qualifications and Experience
a. Psychosocial Counselor:
Passed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized institution, or a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Public Health / Nursing / Psychology / Sociology / Social Work / Health Education, or completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling. Must have completed 6-month training related to psychosocial counselling with certification from the National Health Training Center, with experience in the same field. Preference will be given to experienced candidates and to women.
b. Assistant Computer Operator:
Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent with Computer Operator as a subject from a recognized institution; or passed SLC/SEE or equivalent and completed at least 3 months of basic computer training from a registered institution.
c. ANM:
Completed the ANM course from a recognized educational institution.
d. Lab Assistant:
Completed the Lab Assistant course from a recognized educational institution.
e. Tractor Driver:
Able to read and write basic literacy and holding a Tractor Driver’s (E Category) driving license issued by the Government of Nepal.
f. Grader Driver:
Able to read and write basic literacy and holding a Grader Driver’s (J3 Category) driving license issued by the Government of Nepal.
g. Back Hoe Loader Driver:
Able to read and write basic literacy and holding a Back Hoe Loader (J2 Category) driving license issued by the Government of Nepal.
Age Limit
For the Psychosocial Counselor: completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
For all other posts: completed 18 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Selection Method
For Psychosocial Counselor, Assistant Computer Operator, ANM, and Lab Assistant: publication of preliminary merit list, written examination, and interview.
For Tractor Driver, Grader Driver, and Backhoe Loader Driver: practical test and interview.
