Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality Announces Vacancy for 6 Farmer Registration Enumerators

Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, Siraha, Madhesh Province, has invited applications for 6 Farmer Registration Facilitators (Enumerators) on a service contract basis under the Farmer Registration and Farmer Identity Card Distribution Program.

Under the federally approved program for fiscal year 2083/084, the Agriculture Development Section will deploy facilitators to collect agricultural data, register farmers online, and distribute farmer identity cards across Wards 1 to 6 of the rural municipality.

According to the notice issued by Chief Administrative Officer Om Prakash Thakur, eligible and interested Nepali citizens may submit their applications within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Position Details and Minimum Qualifications

• Position: Farmer Registration Facilitator (Enumerator)

• Required Number: 6

• Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed at least Grade 12 or completed T.L.L.C. or I.A.C. Ag. in an agriculture-related subject.

• Age Limit: Male applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years. Female applicants must not exceed 40 years of age.

• Technical Qualification: Applicants must have a certificate demonstrating their ability to use the internet on a computer, at least 3 months of computer skills training, and must possess a laptop or smartphone.

Preference and Service Benefits

• Special Preference: Priority will be given to applicants residing within Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality.

• Qualification-Based Preference: The notice specifies that qualifications such as I.Sc. Ag., Agriculture TSEEJTA, or at least Grade 12 completion will be considered when determining preference.

• Service and Benefits: Remuneration and other service benefits will be provided according to the Farmer Registration Program Implementation Procedure, 2083.
