Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality Vacancy Notice
Siraha — The Office of the Rural Municipal Executive of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, located at Maheshpur Patari in Siraha district under Madhesh Province, has announced vacancies for various positions.
The rural municipality is recruiting human resources under the Safe Migration (SaMi) Programme to make foreign employment safer by disseminating information, facilitating access to justice for those facing problems, providing psychosocial counseling services for mental health, and carrying out various awareness-related activities.
As per the notice first published on Baisakh 23, 2083, eligible, experienced, and interested Nepali citizens are invited to submit applications to the Administration Section during office hours within 15 days, along with the required details and the revenue payment receipt.

Vacant Position: Psychosocial Counselor

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Skills

Passed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution, or passed a bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, psychology, sociology, social work, or health education from a recognized university, or completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.

Special priority will be given to candidates who have completed six months of training related to psychosocial counseling and obtained a certificate from the National Health Training Centre.

Must have basic knowledge and experience in computers, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet, and be able to prepare reports in Nepali.

Priority will be given to applicants from the concerned local level.

Vacant Position: Returnee Volunteer

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Skills

Passed at least Grade 10 and worked for at least one year in a Gulf country or Malaysia after going there for foreign employment.

Must have an Android mobile phone for door-to-door work in KOBO and must have the knowledge and skills to operate it properly.

Must be able to speak and explain clearly in the local language and prepare reports.

Priority will be given to candidates who have worked in social mobilization or the field of safe foreign employment.
Selection Process and Service Conditions
The Recruitment Committee of the rural municipality has provided the following details regarding the selection process and other service facilities:

Work Period: Until the end of Ashad 2083. However, it may be renewed based on need and work performance.

Type of Examination: Selection will be conducted through written, practical, and interview examinations.

Application Fee: Rs. 1,000 for the Psychosocial Counselor position and Rs. 700 for the Returnee Volunteer position.

Age: Must have completed 18 years and must not exceed 40 years.

Applicants must submit an application letter clearly mentioning the position, biodata, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a copy of the educational qualification certificate, a copy of the work experience certificate, and a copy of the training certificate.
For the Returnee Volunteer Position
Applicants must submit an application letter clearly mentioning the position, a copy of the passport, including copies of the pages bearing departure and arrival stamps placed by immigration while going for foreign employment, a copy of the page showing labor approval, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a copy of the educational qualification certificate, and, if available, copies of work experience and training certificates.
