Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must not be disqualified under Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077 and must meet the minimum educational qualifications below.
Non-health Services (Non-technical/Technical)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution
Administration, Accounts
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution in Management, Commerce, or Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with one core subject among Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Public Administration
Engineering, Information Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Forest, General Forestry
Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution, having studied at least three subjects among Silviculture, Forest Resource Measurement (Forest Mensuration), Forest Conservation, Forest Research, Forest Management, and Wildlife Conservation
Education, Education Administration
Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution
Inter-service Eligibility
As provided in Section 9(17) of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077: employees who have completed at least seven years of service in a post one class or level below in the Federal Civil Service or Local Service, and who have obtained the educational qualification prescribed for the post to be filled, may be candidates.
Special Instructions on Additional Documents and Experience
Applicants must have the required documents at the time of application. After being selected for interview, candidates must bring originals and self-attested copies. If the listed documents are not in the candidate’s possession at the time of application, the application may be cancelled at any time.
Additional verification documents for inclusive category applicants
Madheshi
A document certifying Madheshi status from the institution designated by the Provincial Government by publishing a notice in the Provincial Gazette. Until such institution is designated, a document certifying Madheshi status issued by the Chief District Officer based on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
Dalit
For castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on that list. If there are multiple surnames within a listed caste, a document certified by the Chief District Officer, based on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, confirming the surname within the listed caste.
Muslim
For castes listed by the National Muslim Commission, based on that list. If there are multiple surnames within a listed caste, a document certified by the Chief District Officer, based on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, certifying the person as Muslim.
Disability
A disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council, or a “Class A” or “Class B” disability identity card issued by the concerned local level mentioning the disability classification as per Section 4(3) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.
Note: As per Section 9(11) of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, the reservation benefit can be used only once during the entire service period.
Remarks

If experience is required, the minimum experience period must be completed by the final date eligible to apply for the post.

The double-fee deadline will not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience period, and other qualification requirements.

Applications not submitted within the Commission-prescribed deadline, not meeting minimum qualifications, missing required details, or not paying the prescribed fee will not be accepted.

Candidates requesting a scribe must contact the Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham at least seven days before the start of the written examination. Otherwise, the Commission will not be obliged to provide a scribe.

Candidates who pass the written examination must submit, before the interview, original academic certificates, citizenship, and (where required) original proof of service experience certified by the head of the concerned office, as well as originals and copies of documents required for open and inclusive category applicants.

The prescribed educational qualification must have been obtained by the final application date. Candidates who studied in foreign institutions must have equivalence determined by the concerned authority for the qualification obtained.

Only black ink must be used in the examination; otherwise, the answer script will be cancelled.

Candidates must follow the Commission’s conditions and instructions for examination purposes.

Candidates must be aware of the examination scheme mentioned in the syllabus.
