Second Phase (Written Examination): After publication of the first-phase result, a notice will be published to fix the date within 7 (seven) days from the result publication date.

Application Fee
Fee (per advertisement): Rs. 200 (two hundred)
For candidates applying for additional advertisements under inclusive groups, an additional fee of Rs. 100 (one hundred) must be paid for each additional group.
Application Deadline
Final date to apply: March 4, 2026 [2082/11/20 (BS)]
With double fee: Until March 11, 2026 [2082/11/27 (BS)]
Age Limit
As of March 4, 2026 [2082/11/20 (BS)], the candidate must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 40 years.
For currently serving permanent civil service employees, the age limit will not apply.
Method and Place to Pay the Application Fee
After submitting the form through the Commission’s online application system, click My Application, then click the Pay button for the advertisement you applied for. Select either Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, and choose either Online Payment or Offline Payment.
Online Payment: After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Online Payment, click Next, then pay via Connect IPS. Candidates may use one of the designated wallets to pay immediately.
Offline Payment: After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Offline Payment, click Next, then click Click here to download the voucher, print it, and pay the specified amount at the concerned bank with the voucher.
Payment period: The prescribed examination fee or the double fee must be paid no later than March 11, 2026 [2082/11/27 (BS)].
Once an application has been submitted for any advertisement, no additions/reductions or corrections can be made for that same advertisement.
Documents to Upload
Candidates must upload the required documents specified for the relevant advertisement in PDF format in the designated section of the online application system, including documents related to educational qualification, training, experience (in the form prescribed by the Commission), professional license certificate, and documents proving eligibility for inclusive groups.
All candidates must scan and upload their photo, signature, and citizenship certificate in JPG format.
Candidates are fully responsible for the details stated in the application. The interview date will be informed when the written examination result is published.

Required Minimum Eligibility and Minimum Educational Qualification

The candidate must not be disqualified as per Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077.

For Forest Service, General Forestry Group, Forest Guard post: Must have passed Grade 8 from a recognized educational institution and must be physically fit.

Note: Only candidates who meet the above standards in the physical test will be eligible to apply. If an application is submitted without meeting the prescribed standards, the candidate will be personally responsible.
Fitness Test Events
The following events will be conducted in sequence:

Note: The events will be conducted sequentially. Candidates who fail an earlier event will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent event.
Special Instructions on Additional Documents and Experience
Candidates wishing to apply must prepare and submit the following documents at the time of application. After being selected for interview based on the written examination result, candidates must bring the originals and self-attested copies of those documents when attending the interview.
If the candidate does not possess the stated documents at the time of application, the application may be cancelled at any time.
Additional Documents Required for Inclusive Categories
For Madheshi: A document certifying the person as Madheshi issued by the institution designated by the Provincial Government through a notice published in the Provincial Gazette. However, until such an institution is designated through a Provincial Gazette notice, a document certifying the person as Madheshi issued by the Chief District Officer upon recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
For Dalit: For castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on that list. However, if more than one surname exists within a listed caste, a document certifying the surname within the listed caste issued by the Chief District Officer upon recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
For Muslim: For groups listed by the National Muslim Commission, based on that list. However, if more than one surname exists within a listed group, a document certifying the person as Muslim issued by the Chief District Officer upon recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
For Indigenous/Janajati: For groups listed under the Nepal Indigenous Nationalities Upliftment National Foundation Act, based on that list. However, if more than one surname exists within a listed group, a document certifying the surname within the listed group issued by the Chief District Officer upon recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
For Tharu: For groups listed by the National Tharu Commission, based on that list. However, if more than one surname exists within a listed group, a document certifying the person as Tharu issued by the Chief District Officer upon recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
For Economically Disadvantaged Khas Arya: A poverty identification card or a recommendation letter from the local level must be submitted along with the application.
Important Notes

While submitting the application, the candidate must declare that they are physically fit by selecting the checkbox in the online application system and thereby declare that they meet the minimum qualification.

The first-phase physical test and fitness tests will be conducted only at the designated location where necessary resources are available.
-
For candidates applying under open and inclusive categories and under more than one inclusive group, the schedule will be set so that the candidate participates in the physical test and fitness test only once.

The double-fee deadline will not be counted for the purpose of calculating age, educational qualification, experience period, and other qualifications.
-
Applications not submitted within the prescribed deadline, not meeting the minimum qualification, not disclosing the required details, or not paying the prescribed fee will not be accepted.

When appearing for the physical test and fitness test, candidates must bring the admit card and original citizenship certificate. Candidates who pass the written examination must submit the original and copies of educational qualification and citizenship certificate compulsorily before appearing for the interview.

Examinations will be conducted in three phases: first, second, and third. Only candidates who pass the first phase (physical test and fitness test) will be included in the second phase (written examination). Only candidates who pass the second phase will be included in the third phase (interview program).

The open and inclusive written examination of the second phase will be held on the same (single sitting) date and time.
-
Candidates must use only black ink in the answer booklet; otherwise, the answer booklet will be cancelled.
-
While publishing the results of candidates selected from the open and inclusive written examination, the results will be published collectively in alphabetical order.
-
Candidates selected from the written examination under inclusive groups will not be allowed to choose the priority order of inclusive groups.
-
The candidate’s inclusive group will be determined as per the Commission’s prevailing system based on the inclusive groups stated in the application form.
-
After completion of all examination phases, recommendation for appointment will be made as per the merit order received.

Candidates requesting a helper writer must contact the Commission’s office at least 10 (ten) days before the written examination begins. Otherwise, the Commission will not be obliged to provide a helper writer.
-
The required educational qualification must have been obtained within the application deadline. Candidates who studied in foreign institutions must have equivalency determined by the concerned authority for the qualification obtained.
-
While submitting the online application, the candidate must compulsorily indicate the type of candidacy and the cluster of service group.
-
While filling the form online, candidates must update their mobile number and email address. Since information regarding acceptance or rejection of the form will be sent directly via mobile or email, if a candidate cannot participate in the examination due to providing an incorrect mobile number or email address, the concerned candidate will be solely responsible.

Once an advertisement number is selected, it cannot be revised; therefore, it must be selected carefully with full confidence.

Note: As per Sub-section 11 of Section 9 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, the reservation facility can be used by one person only once during their service period.
