(c) For government employees claiming experience in other public organizations: valid only if prior approval was obtained
(d) Overlapping service in multiple bodies in the same period: only one full-time experience counts if prior approval and leave approvals are documented
(e) Temporary/contract service less than one year is not recognized
(f) Acting/Officiating experience while holding an Assistant-level post is not recognized as Officer-level
(g) Only Officer-level experience after obtaining the minimum academic qualification for the applied service/group is recognized
(h) If the post title in appointment/contract does not indicate Officer level, submit a certification from the concerned body confirming Officer level
(i) If such proof is unavailable, the application may be canceled at any time
(j) All proof documents must be available at the time of application submission
(k) For MBBS/MD graduates: Nepal Medical Council registration certificate is mandatory at the time of submission
(l) MD (Doctor of Medicine) and DM (Doctorate of Medicine) residential study period counts as experience
Important Notes (General)
(a) Where experience is required, the minimum service period must be completed by the last application date for the concerned post
(b) The double-fee deadline is not counted for age, academic qualification, experience, or other eligibility purposes
(c) Applications not submitted within the deadline, not meeting minimum qualifications, lacking required details, or without fee payment will not be accepted
(d) Candidates requiring a scribe must contact the Commission at Janakpurdham at least 7 days before the written exam; otherwise, support will not be provided
(e) Candidates passing the written exam must present originals and self-attested copies of academic certificates, citizenship, and (where required) experience documents before interview; this applies to both open and inclusive applicants
(f) Required academic qualifications must be obtained within the final application deadline; foreign qualifications must have equivalency from the competent authority
(g) Use black ink only in the examination; otherwise, the answer sheet will be canceled
(h) Candidates must follow the terms and instructions prescribed by the Commission
