Required Minimum Educational and Other Qualifications

Proficiency Certificate Level or 10+2 passed from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution in a position below one level (Assistant level).

Knowledge of computer operations including Email, Internet, Office Package, and microfinance software.

Must have a two-wheeler driving license.

Preference will be given to candidates from Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, and Bagmati Province.

Minimum 1 year of field operations experience in another financial institution.

Candidates who have worked for 6 months as a local facilitator in this financial institution are also eligible to apply.

Preference will be given to candidates from Kailali, Dang, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Chitwan, Dhading, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchok, Kavrepalanchok, Makwanpur, Sindhuli, Okhaldhunga, Ramechhap, Solukhumbu, Bhojpur, Sankhuwasabha, and Terhathum districts.
Age Limit

Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.

For female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years.

The age limit does not apply to current employees of the financial institution.
Nature of Appointment

For Advertisement Nos. 01 and 02, there will be a probation period of 6 months.

Permanent appointment will be given if performance is satisfactory.
