Meromicrofinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Job Vacancy for Assistant, Junior Assistant, and Trainee Assistant:

Meromicrofinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct “D” class financial transactions. The financial institution, jointly promoted by nine banks in Nepal, is currently conducting microfinance transactions through 120 branch offices in 59 districts of Nepal. Since the following manpower is required for the existing branch office of this organization. 1. Branch Manager (Assistant / Senior Assistant/ supervisor)

Required Qualifications: After passing the minimum proficiency certificate level (10 2) or a similar examination, they can apply as they have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked (experience) for 2 years as branch manager in the microfinance and banking sector and 4 years work experience in the microfinance sector and have motorcycle and driving license and computer-related proficient candidates.

2. Junior Assistant

Required Qualifications: After passing the minimum proficiency certificate level (10+2) or a similar examination, they can apply as they have at least 1-year work experience in the field of microfinance and banking. Preference will be given to candidates who have 2 years of work (experience) in the field of microfinance and banking and have a driving license and proficient computer-related candidates.

3. Junior Assistant (Trainee

Required Qualifications: Anyone who has passed the minimum proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination can apply‌. Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle and driver's license and computer-related skills.

Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. However, in the case of women, 5 more years will be added.

Note: Appointment will be made on a permanent or 6 months probationary basis on the basis of experience in the above post No. 1 and No. 2 and on trainee post will be given on the post No. 3 post for 6 months. When calculating the working period, the trial period will also be calculated in the permanent period.
