Nepal Bar Council Vacancy Notice – 2082 Recruitment

Nepal Bar Council, Kupandol, Lalitpur, Open Competitive Examination Application Call for Permanent Positions। As per the consent received from the Public Service Commission, Nepal Bar Council is filling the following vacant permanent positions through an open competitive examination. Qualified and interested Nepali citizens are invited to apply in accordance with the procedure described below.

Applicants must download the application form from the Council’s website www.nepalbarcouncil.org.np, fill in the required information, and submit it along with the necessary supporting documents to the Nepal Bar Council office, Kupandol, Lalitpur, within 21 days from the first date of publication of this notice.

The examination fee must be deposited into Siddhartha Bank Ltd., Account No. 00115403919 (Nepal Bar Council), and the bank voucher must be attached to the application. Applications can be submitted up to 7 days beyond the deadline by paying double the regular fee. The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination.

Special Notice

According to the mandamus order dated 2079/10/24 issued in Writ No. 078-WO-0660 and related petitions by the Honorable Supreme Court, recruitment will proceed in accordance with the legal provisions as arranged thereafter.

Examination Fee

• Sixth Level Officer: Rs. 1,000

  • For additional groups/papers: Rs. 400 each

• Fifth Level Positions: Rs. 700

Age Limit (As of the final date of application)

• For Officer (Sixth Level): Must be at least 21 and not exceed 35 years

• For Fifth Level Posts: Must be at least 18 and not exceed 35 years

• For women and persons with disabilities: Not exceeding 40 years

• The extended double-fee deadline will not be considered for calculating age or academic qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Officer, Sixth Level: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution

• Senior Assistant, Fifth Level: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent

• Accountant, Fifth Level: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent with Accounting

• IT Assistant, Fifth Level: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent in IT or Computer Science
