2. Special Notice
As per the mandamus order issued on 2079/10/24 in the writ petition no. 078-WO-0662 and others, where Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, Kathmandu, was also made a respondent, this notice has been issued accordingly.
In compliance with the order of the Honorable Supreme Court, and after making necessary legal provisions related to inclusive quotas, the revised total number of positions now also includes those posts that were actually lost due to non-inclusion in the fiscal year 2079/80. These have been proportionally adjusted within the inclusive quota system as per the existing laws.
This notice is hereby issued under the current legal provisions for filling the revised posts.
