NEA Internal Competition Application Notice 2082/83
Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Head Office, Kathmandu, Notice to Fill Application Form for Internal Competitive Examination.
As the following positions of the Nepal Electricity Authority are required to be filled through an internal competitive written examination conducted by the Public Service Commission, this notice invites duly submitted applications (via Online Application) from candidates who, by the final date of application, have completed the required service period and meet the minimum educational qualification as specified in the Employees Service, Terms and Conditions Bye-Laws, 2075 (with amendment), while serving in the relevant Service/Group/Sub-group position one level below the post applied for.
Applicants must log in to the Nepal Electricity Authority Human Resource Information System at hris.nea.org.np, go to the promotion application section, and submit the application within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
No action will be taken on applications received without meeting the required procedure.

The procedure for submitting an application through the electronic system can be viewed in the user manual after logging in to the Nepal Electricity Authority Human Resource Information System at hris.nea.org.np.

Examination fee: For Level 3, NPR 600/-; for Level 4, NPR 700/-; for Level 5, NPR 800/-; for Level 6, NPR 1000/-; for Level 7, NPR 1250/-; for Level 8, NPR 1400/-; for Level 9, NPR 1600/-; and for Level 10, NPR 2000/- shall apply. After filling the application form, the above fee can be paid through the Payment Platform available at www.nea.org.np.

If, while applying for internal competition, the Group or Sub-group is changing, the educational qualification specified for open competition for the post being applied for will be required.

The syllabus for internal competition is available on the Authority’s website www.nea.org.np.

The written examination schedule for internal competition will be published later in coordination with the Public Service Commission.

Applications can be submitted up to 12:00 midnight on the 21st day (2082/10/08) from the date of publication of this notice.

As there is a provision to pay the application fee through the online system, even if the last day to submit the application falls on a public holiday, the application along with the fee must be submitted within that same day.

Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions must submit equivalence determination of the qualification obtained from the relevant authority.

All required documents to be submitted by the candidate must be clear, unambiguous, and verifiable. If additional educational degrees have been obtained other than those recorded in HRIS, candidates may email hris@nea.org.np and contact the Central Employee Administration Section.
