Position: Director (Chief Executive)
Grade: Equivalent to Joint Secretary of Government of Nepal
Contract: Full-Time (As per the employee by-law of Nepal Scouts)
Nepal Scouts, the national scouting organization and a member of WOSM and WAGGGS, invites applications from highly motivated and qualified Nepali citizens for the position of Director (Chief Executive).
Key Responsibilities:
The Director will provide strategic leadership, operational management, and act as the Chief Executive Officer. The role encompasses financial stewardship, resource mobilization, international representation, and overall organizational development in line with the Nepal Scouts National Strategic Plan.
Required Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree and other degrees are preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development. Experience in a non-profit or membership-based organization is preferred.

Proven experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, government liaison, and international representation.

Excellent command of both English and Nepali (written and spoken).
