Nepal Vocational Qualifications System (NVQS) Project is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Government of Nepal. The project is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is being implemented by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)/National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) and full Technical Assistance provided by Swiss Foundation forTechnical Cooperation (Swisscontact). Quality Assurance and Information Management Specialist (QAIMS)
(Purpose: The QAIMS will assist the Team Leader specifically in the areas of i) quality assurance of activities and deliverables of NVQS Project; ii) project monitoring and reporting; iii) information development, dissemination and management. The guiding principles are to be based on the NVQS quality assurance system through defined processes and on international best practices.
Required Education and Experience:
- Advanced University Degree (master's or above) in Technical Subject or Social Science or Business Management or Information Management or equivalent degree from recognized university in development subject.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in programme and/or project management; designing and administering quality assurance and info management; understanding of national and/or regional TVET programmes and teams.
- Ability to produce an analytical report of any documents and papers
- !Duration: One year with a possibility of extension
Duty Station: NVQS PSU Office, CTEVT Complex, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal.
