NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Vacancy for Various Positions Across the Country:

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Limited, for a “D” class national level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank; As there is a need for staff in the following various posts, applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications to reach the specified address by the 22nd of Poush, 2077 BS.

1) Province Chief (Senior Officer / Assistant Manager) - Few

Location: Designated provincial offices across the country.
Eligibility: Graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: Has been working in national-level microfinance or related field for at least 3-5 years. (For the application of Assistant Manager at least 1 year as Senior Officer, and for application of Senior Officer at least 1 year at the official level. Preference will be given to those who have work experience as Regional Manager and Departmental Head.
Age: Completed 25 years till the date of application and not exceeding 45 years.

2) Province Deputy Chief (Officer / Senior Officer) - Few

Location: Designated Sub-State Head Offices across the country.
Eligibility: Graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of work experience in national level microfinance or related field. (Must have been working for at least 1 year as an officer for the application of senior officer, and at least 2 years for the application of officer, junior officer, and supervisor level.
Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age.

3) Branch Manager (Senior Assistant / Supervisor / Officer) - Few

Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution for the post of Senior Assistant / Supervisor and graduated from an accredited institution for the post of Accredited / Senior Officer.
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in microfinance or related field.
Age: 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years of age till the date of application.

4) Trainee Assistant / Contract Staff - Few

Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution.
Experience: Can apply even without experience (Freshers can apply). Preference will be given to those who have at least 2 years of teaching experience in educational institutions, schools / high schools, and campuses for contract posts.
Age: 18 years of age till the date of application and not exceeding 35 years.
Preference will be given to those who have a motorcycle license.
