Palungtar Municipality Calls for Applications for Medical and Survey Officer Positions on Contract Service
Palungtar Municipality, located in Gorkha district of Gandaki Province, has invited applications to recruit employees for various branches on a service contract basis through open competition. The Office of the Municipal Executive published a notice on Shrawan 14, 2083 (2083/04/14), inviting applications from qualified and interested Nepali citizens.
Applicants must submit their applications to Palungtar Municipality within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, by office hours on Shrawan 28, 2083 (2083/04/28). Applications must include the required details and the original receipt confirming payment of the prescribed revenue.

Educational Qualifications and Required Documents
Applicants must attach self-certified copies of the following documents with the application:

Copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate

For the Medical Officer position, an MBBS qualification or equivalent from a recognized university or educational institution, along with registration with the Nepal Medical Council and a copy of the registration certificate

For the Survey Officer position, at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Geomatics from a recognized university or educational institution

Other Conditions and Details
Application Fee: Rs. 1,000 (one thousand rupees only)
Selection Method: Written examination and interview
Age Limit: Candidates must have completed 21 years of age by the application deadline. Male candidates must not exceed 35 years of age, while female candidates must not exceed 40 years of age.

Preference: Special priority will be given to candidates with experience.

According to the notice issued by the Chief Administrative Officer, the contract agreement will automatically terminate if the positions under Advertisement Nos. 1-2083/084 and 2-2083/084 are filled through the Public Service Commission.
