Provincial Hospital Kalaiya Invites Applications for Contract Service Posts
Provincial Hospital Kalaiya (प्रादेशिक अस्पताल कलैया), Bara, under the Health Directorate of the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Madhesh Province, has invited applications to manage human resources on contract service until the end of Ashadh of fiscal year 2082/083.
The notice has been published to fill posts for doctors and health workers as per the decision of the Staff Recruitment Committee meeting held on Friday, 2083/01/25. The notice was published for the first time on 2083/01/30.
Interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications must submit their applications in the prescribed manner within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. The notice states that applications not submitted properly will not be processed.

Application Process
The application form can be obtained from the Administration Section of Provincial Hospital Kalaiya or from www.kalaiyahospital.gov.np. Applicants must fill out the form properly and submit it to the Administration Section.
The last date for application submission has been set for Wednesday, 2083/02/13.
Age Limit
For assistant-level fourth and fifth-level posts, applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years for men and 40 years for women by the final application deadline.
For officer-level posts, applicants must have completed 21 years of age and must not exceed 45 years.
Examination Fee
Ninth Level: Rs. 1,200 only
Eighth Level: Rs. 1,000 only
Fifth and Fourth Levels: Rs. 600 only
Applicants must deposit the fee at Rastriya Banijya Bank under the hospital’s office code 3700521012 and revenue heading no. 14229. The original voucher must be submitted along with the application.
Selection Process and Contact Date
The type of examination will be shortlisting and interview. The notice states that the list of approved applicants selected from applications received after 2083/02/14 will be published, along with a notice, on the website of Provincial Hospital Kalaiya, Bara.

Service Facilities and Required Documents
Service facilities will be as per the rules of the Government of Nepal and the Provincial Government. Matters not mentioned in the advertisement regarding recruitment will be governed by the prevailing law.
Applicants must submit self-attested copies of certificates from SLC to the minimum required educational qualification, training and experience documents, registration/renewal certificate of the concerned council, equivalence certificate, Nepali citizenship certificate, and character certificate.
The job description for the post will be according to the concerned service and group.
Other Conditions
Applicants must not have been dismissed from service in a way that would make them ineligible for government service in the future. They must also not be disqualified under the prevailing law.
For Staff Nurse posts, special priority will be given to candidates who have received training or have work experience related to OTTM, SBA, ICU, HDU, NICU, and hemodialysis.
Matters not mentioned in the notice will be as per the prevailing law.
