Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj Reopens Online Applications for Contract Posts
Kathmandu. TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, has reopened online applications for recruitment to various contract service posts.
The Hospital’s Employee Administration Branch invited applications for the posts of Clinical Registrar and House Officer through a notice published in Gorkhapatra on 2083/01/29. Earlier, a notice had been published in Gorkhapatra on 2082/12/20 with a seven-day deadline to fill out the online application form.
According to the notice, since sufficient applications were not received within the specified date, interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications may log in to vacancy.tuth.org.np and fill out the online form by 12:00 midnight on Jestha 04, 2083.
The Hospital has stated that applications received as per the earlier notice published on 2082/12/20 will remain valid, and those applicants do not need to submit the application form again. The notice states that applications received without completing the required procedure will not be processed.
Required Posts, Qualifications, and Numbers
According to the notice published by the Hospital, the following posts have been requested for contract service.
1. Clinical Registrar (Anesthesiology)
Qualification: MD in Anesthesiology or equivalent
Number: Some
2. Clinical Registrar (Critical Care Medicine)
Qualification: MD in Anesthesiology or equivalent
Number: Some
3. Clinical Registrar (General Practice)
Qualification: MDGP or equivalent
Number: Some
4. Clinical Registrar (Emergency Medicine)
Qualification: MD EM, MDGP and EM
Number: Some
5. House Officer (Various Departments)
Qualification: MBBS or equivalent
Number: Some
6. House Officer (Dental)
Qualification: BDS or equivalent
Number: 2 (two)
Documents to Upload While Filling the Online Form
According to the notice, the following documents must be uploaded while filling out the online form:

Certificates of all educational qualifications from SLC and above

Nepali citizenship certificate

Registration with the Nepal Medical Council

Equivalence certificate for educational qualifications for those who studied abroad

Passport-size photograph
Application Fee, Age Limit, and Examination
The additional provisions mentioned in the notice are as follows.
Application Fee: Rs. 2,500/- (two thousand five hundred)
Age Limit:

For Clinical Registrar: Completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years

For House Officer: Not exceeded 40 years
Recruitment will be carried out for up to one year from the date of result publication according to the merit order of the published result.
