Written Exam Center Notice for Recording Operator Post

Public Service Commission (PSC), Kathmandu Office, publishes this notice to inform all concerned regarding the written examination for the Recording Operator position under Advertisement No. 12049/081–82 (Open Category), for the Federal Parliament Service, Technical Group, Gazette Unnumbered First Class (Technical). The exam will be conducted at the Kathmandu exam center as scheduled below.

Candidates requiring an assistant writer must apply at this office no later than ten days before the exam date. Applications must include valid documents and justification per Rule 68(1) of the PSC Rules, 2079.

Candidates must strictly follow the instructions listed under Notice Point 1 below.

Notice Point 1: Exam Guidelines for Candidates

  • Exams will not be postponed unless officially notified by the Commission.

  • Only black ink must be used. The use of a pencil is not allowed in the objective answer sheet.

  • For multiple-choice questions, answers must be written in capital English letters: A, B, C, or D.

  • Only candidates assigned to the Kathmandu exam center will be permitted to sit for the exam.

  • Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices into the exam hall is prohibited. Calculators are not allowed for the objective paper.

  • Candidates must bring their admit card along with an official photo identification card (citizenship or a government-issued document with a photo).

  • For health and hygiene, candidates must bring their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water if needed.
